People's meeting was held in the Pravda village of Zhany-Aryk village district of Kara-Suu district in Osh province with the participation of villagers and activists, representatives of public organizations and parents.

- “More than three hundred people took part in it"- said the organizers. The main issue of the meeting was the issue of bringing up about 800 children who, due to the lack of pre-school educational institutions, do not go to kindergartens. Migration of parents who go to work abroad, in its turn, aggravates the situation. According to the parents who initiated the meeting, children in villages are left without necessary attention, comprehensive development and pre-school education, especially the children of labor migrants. Many young parents leave their children to their already elderly parents. It's hard for grandparents to look after their grandchildren, since they are old and need to care for themselves. Their main concern for children in this case is to feed them and that's it. Time does not stand still and soon the time comes when the children need to go to primary school. Those who did not receive pre-school training, of course, will find it very difficult to learn the lessons at school. Due to the shortage of preschool institutions, young mothers who would like to work and support their family cannot find time to work because they need to take care of children. The people gathered at this meeting noted the necessity for construction of Maternal Schools and in this direction the Women’s Public Union Erayim has sufficient experience. They have addressed to representatives of local government with an offer to allocate the ground area for construction of a maternal school. And the deputies of the Local Kenesh did not stay aside and expressed their opinion that there is an opportunity to allocate a land plot for the construction of the maternal school. Sanavar ayim the resident of the village announced her decision to give her two-story house for the Maternal School. Thus, the issue of opening a maternal school was solved at this meeting, and the parents declared their readiness to promote the opening of the maternal school and to provide all possible assistance by buying dishes and toys for the school.
