On November 16, 2021, within the framework of the visit of the WPU Erayim management with the volunteer expert on organizational development and fundraising Julia Suchar to the project area, an exhibition of small businesses of SHGs was organized in Shark village of Kara-Suu district.

During the event members of SHG Raduga presented their greenhouse business and reported on outcomes achieved during the year. Jeenbekov Umotaly, a member of SHG Datkaiym from the village of Mady, spoke about the beekeeping business and presented his products, Raikhan Azimbekova, a member of the SHG Arzuu from the Kyzyl-Kyshtak rural district, presented about the confectionery shop.

As a reminder, within the framework of the WPU Erayim project 'Women Empowerment in Rural Areas of Kyrgyzstan' supported by the Direct Aid Program (DAP) of the Australian Government, three Self-Help Groups in Kara-Suu district received a grant of 450,000 soms to support small businesses. For these grants in the rural districts of Shark, Mady and Kyzyl-Kyshtak, 3 small enterprises Greenhouse, Confectionery Shop and Beekeeping were launched.
