On “Erayim” women public organization initiative there was held a meeting where it was summarized results of half-year activities of the organization on the project “Strengthening South Kyrgyzstan people friendship through the traditional and modern methods”.

All employees who involved to the project were summoned. The chief coordinator of the project GulnaraNurmatova gave information on overall work condition, the plans of employees, given reports, carried out activities and their quality. According to her there are some deficiencies and non-conformity to standards in clubs heads’ reports. The information given in reports is not clear and lack of facts. That’s why in this meeting there was told how to make reports, how to circulate every one’s activities. In the process of the event it was taken into consideration opinions and suggestions of every club’s head, and discussed activities must be done further.
