In Beshik-Zhon municipality in Partsiezd village, there is a kindergarten №7 ‘Nagima’. 115 children of the village are brought up in a standard, comfortable one-story building of the kindergarten. The kindergarten has 20 educators who have organized their own Self-Help Group Asylzat.

They collected a common fund, wrote a project, and opened a greenhouse in the territory of the kindergarten. The greenhouse area is not more than 1 hundredth, where all the necessary vegetables for baby food are grown. For example, in early spring, tomato seedlings are grown, after satisfying their own needs for tomato seedlings, the surplus seedlings are sold to the villagers. Then tomatoes and cucumbers are grown. Ripe tomatoes and cucumbers are given to children as vitamins. Then they make salads, pickles for winter. Green spices grow in the greenhouse all year round. They are used in food, sold in the bazaar. According to the SHG members, in one season only from the sale of tomatoes, they received a net profit in the amount of more than thirty thousand soms. They also make the same profit from selling cucumbers. They say that the greenhouse began to bring them profit. The service of the Jalal-Abad village council helped them in the construction of the greenhouse. The specialists of this service specially came to teach them greenhouse business. Along with such successes in work, some problems are born. In other words, there is a need for educators to obtain legal and some juridical knowledge. Therefore, the lawyer of the project of WPU Erayim ‘The Introduction of a Combination of Traditional and Modern Approaches to Prevent the Conflict in the South of Kyrgyzstan’ in Jalal-Abad oblast, Gulnara Tashieva, held a meeting and gave legal advice on the issues that arose. During the conversation with the lawyer, many questions were asked. Basically, the questions were about the legalization of housing, obtaining a red book, methods of paying alimony, obstacles to divorce and obtaining a passport, birth certificate.
