“Erayim” women’s public union has organized an opening ceremony of the project “Strengthening of friendship and unity of the peoples in southern Kyrgyzstan by combined traditional and modern methods” in the small conference hall of the Bazar-Korgon district administration office. The project will be carried out by “Erayim” women's public union under the support of Brot für die Welt (BfW) (Germany). Representatives from Bazar-Korgon and Akman village communities took part in it.

The ceremony was opened with the speech of “Erayim” women's public union chairwoman Rahila Jusupova and detailed information on the project was given by the project coordinator Gulnara Nurmatova and the project expert Abdylas Koshunbaev. They have said the project will be carried out from the 1^st of January 2014 to the 31^st of December 2016 in Shark, Mady and Kyzyl-Kyshtak villages of Kara-Suu district of Osh region and Bazar-Korgon, Akman villages of Bazar-Korgon district of Jalal-Abad region and in Chyngyz Aitmatov regional administration of Jalal-Abad town. This project aimed to improve the social situation of the population and strengthen the unity and friendship of the peoples has met with the support by the residents of Bazar-Korgon and they have promised to take an active part in the implementation of the project.
