On November 1, German Bread for the World international organization gifted 15 fridges and 15 pastry kitchen ovens to the 15 maternal schools of Mady, Shark, and Kyzyl-Kyshtak villages of Kara-Suu district in Osh province.

These maternal schools have been working under the project of WPU Erayim ‘The Introduction of a Combination of Traditional and Modern Approaches to Prevent Conflict in the South of Kyrgyzstan' funded by German international organization Bread for the World.

After receiving the appliances, the conditions of preparation of tasty qualified foods for the kids will be improved. Maternal schools have been working in Kyrgyzstan since 2014. There are 25 maternal schools in Osh province which have about 800 kids.

The parents are incredibly happy with the gift. Their happiness is shared by the inhabitants of Mady, Shark, and Kyzyl-Kyshtak villages and by the members of SHGs, the stuff of maternal schools and also by WPU Erayim.

That’s why villagers of above-mentioned villages express their deep thanks.
