‘Leadership' club students of Isak uulu Teshebay secondary school in Kolot village of Bazar-Korgon district organized an action on the topic ‘A Formula of Effective Communication’.

In it the students had a discussion on the students understanding of the relationship between school teachers and students, consisting in the stereotypes that the students must be as students, that is, comes to class, complete assignments, and in all obey teachers do not have an opinion. At the same time there is a stereotype about the teachers of students that teachers are always strict, teach children austerity punish them for bad behavior and study, and thus there is a wide gap between the teacher-student relationship. They become distant from each other, how can they be brought together, show warm and friendly companionship? - these were the questions that involved participating in the action members of the CSHG, as well as students of the senior grades.

"The training was initiated by the members of the CSHG themselves, since in their opinion the connection and the closeness between the teacher and the students are decreasing," says the head of the ‘Leadership' club Zhanara Ryskulova.
