There was a contest ‘Come on, Guys!’ at the boarding school named after Zhoomart Bokonbaev of Bazar-Korgon region among the youths of children's self-help groups.

At the present time, our young men, after graduation, try to avoid military service in the ranks of the army and go to work in Russia, Kazakhstan and other foreign countries instead. Therefore, the main purpose of this contest was to call our youth to love their homeland and inspire them with a sense of readiness to defend their country. The initiative was raised by the members of the CSHG from high school students who showed their organization and thus became an example for the whole school. In the contest they showed short stories from the life of soldiers in the army, examples on how to provide armed resistance when the enemy invades the mother land, exercises to improve speed and efficiency. At the same time, the contest carried out assignments on creative topics and presentations to the audience.

Participants of the Afghan and Batken war, representatives of the district administration, the sports committee and the military commissariat took part in the event as guests. Representatives of the Bazar-Korgon regional department of internal affairs and the WPU Erayim noted the need to continue conducting this event in the future since this serves as an awareness raising work for parents during the military conscription in spring. Members of children's self-help groups ‘Beypildik’, ‘Ak Ilbirs’, ‘Shamdagaylar’, ‘Megastar’, ‘Kelechek’, ‘Shumkarlar’, ‘Dilgirler’, ‘Kuch birdikte’, ‘Keremet’ have distinguished themselves with their activities. The bests were awarded with prizes by sponsors," said the coordinator of the CSHG in Jalal-Abad province Maksat Pirmatov.
