Training courses on various topics are still being organized within the framework of the WPU Erayim’s ‘The Introduction of a Combination of Traditional and Modern Approaches to Prevent Conflict in the South of Kyrgyzstan’ project, financed by the international German Bread for the World (Brot für die Welt) organization.

Since, adults and schoolchildren are actively participating in the social life of their villages and schools, organizing various events, and solving local issues in the region and secondary schools of the project area in the framework of the project. For this, first of all, their task is to get good knowledge, to get more information about changes in society, progress, and at the same time, there is a need to master modern technologies. Therefore, there is a need for training courses.

The trainer of the project in Jalal-Abad province Zhanar Ryskulova continues to conduct training courses in Alym Usman secondary school in Jalal-Abad city, Toktogul Satylganov and Joomart Bokonbayev schools of Bazar-Korgon district. She noted that since the beginning of the year she had conducted training courses in these schools on the topics such as ‘Teambuilding’ and ‘NGO and its environment’ for the members of children self-help groups. The participants of the training courses are active and the children are expanding their knowledge on various topics. “Currently, I conduct training courses on the topic ‘Social Partnership’. In general, children are interested in learning everything new and in every lesson, I try to conduct trainings with the help of interesting visual aids, using modern technology and with updated programs, so that children do not lose interest in training,” - noted Zhanar Ryskulova.
