Members of WPU Erayim’s children’s self-help group (CSHG) at Abu Ali Ibn Sina №16 School conducted an event called ‘The members of the CSHG will build a new school’ in Shark (Kara-Suu rayon of Osh Oblast). The event was arranged as the current school is very old and the students want to study in a new, modern school.

CSHG members have made numerous efforts to solve the many problems of the village, including the issue of the construction of a new school. Thanks to a communal effort, they have even been successful in resolving some issues. This time, they proposed the idea of building a new modern school to new elected deputies. CSHG members sent a letter with a proposal to build a new school to Abdusalam Yunusov, the head of the village district, through his deputy, Saidullo Abzalov. In their letter, they wrote that the school building is very old and the children want to study in a new school with good facilities.

Before writing this letter, the children met with deputies of the local kenesh, and voiced their concerns and suggestions. Deputy Polotzhan Iskandarov said that the question raised by children is very important. The deputies will consider the issue raised by the children of Abu Ali Ibn Sina №16 School on the construction of a new school at the next session of the deputies of the local kenesh in Shark.
