Forum theatre was held under the guidance of psychologist-trainers of women public union “Erayim” Zhyldyz Kaldarbekova and Dilfuza Nazaralieva in boarding school of Zhoomart Bokonbaev in Bazar-Korgon region. School children performed to the scenario “A tattered life”.

The plot of this scenario and life of characters in it was put under the discussion of school children. An early marriage of girls, unfair attitude of mother-in-law towards the young daughter-in-law, an early death of physically unprepared girls for giving birth is told in this story. According to one of the organizers of this event psychologist-trainer Dilfuza Nazaralieva this Forum theatre has been held since 2013 in this school. This forum was prepared by the members of CSHG. Trainings are held occasionally to improve the children’s skills, to teach them how to speak up their minds openly and freely. Children take part in such kind forums actively and the given theatrical staging was discussed very lively. How could we change the story? How to avoid problems? Was it possible to direct the psychology and awareness of characters in other directions? These and other questions were given to the school children. Moreover, they openly discussed about early marriages of girls and indicated that they are wholeheartedly against this tradition, where the young girls get married without their consent at the early age.
