From March 6 to March 9, 2022, Julia Suchar, organizational development and fundraising volunteer-specialist from Germany, visited the Erayim office in Osh. During the visit, she got acquainted with the progress of the project ‘The Introduction of a Combination of Modern and Traditional Approaches to Prevent the Conflict in the South of Kyrgyzstan’ implemented under the support of the German organization Brot für die Welt.

Later she met with Akmaral Satymbaeva, a representative of the NGO ‘Youth of Osh’, got acquainted with NGO’s activities and noted that it would be good if the organization continues close cooperation with Erayim.

During her trip, she visited the Erayim office located at secondary school Abu Ali ibn Sino, No.16 in Shark municipality of Kara-Suu district, got acquainted with working staff and documentation, and also managed to take part in an online meeting of SHGs Association. Then she got acquainted with activities of English language and ethno-ensemble clubs of secondary schools named after K. Matkerimov in Kyzyl-Kyshtak municipality, No. 99 named after Nurlan Sadiev in Toloiken municipality and No. 16 named after Abu Ali ibn Sino in Shark municipality.

When we mention about the clubs we can note a lot of successes of the English language club which is working on the project. The success of the club is facilitated by the creative search of its head Gulbarchyn Tashieva, as she tries very hard to create something new in her work in step with the times. Club members often gather an audience out of parents and schoolchildren to present before them the results of knowledge gained from the club. In total, there are 45 school children from 3 schools in the club. Since the beginning of this project, children have learned not only the language but also foreign literature and culture. The club often organizes competitions among its members in order to improve their knowledge.

It should be noted that from March 7 to 9 of this year, a volunteer expert from Germany, Julia Suchar, visited our schools and gave children interesting classes to English club members. Members of the club try to communicate with foreign volunteers in order to practice English with native speakers, - said the head of the Club.
