With the onset of spring, the landscaping of territories in all regions is in full swing. In Toloiken municipality Kara-Suu district Osh oblast, children's Self-Help Groups ‘Jash Kuch’, ‘Umut’, ‘Toloiken’, ‘Yntymak’, ‘Ak Shumkar’, ‘Kyrgyzstan’, ‘Birimdik’ formed by WPU Eraiym planted trees in vacant territories of secondary school No. 99 named after Nurlan Saidiev.

The event was held on March 7 this year. ChSHGs planted 30 trees to improve the landscaping of the schoolyard. The children were glad they could contribute to the preservation of the environment through such actions. Same activities will be continued in other 3 municipalities too, - noted Kyial Mamazhanova.

‘Such actions strengthen friendship and harmony between fellow villagers, contribute to the development of the village, and also teach young people to labor. Each of us should live in a clean and beautiful place,’ said initiators of the event ChSHG ‘Jash Kuch’.

The event called on villagers and schoolchildren to keep the environment clean and to make a contribution to the development of rural districts.

At the end of the event, the initiative group promised to hold a similar event every year.
