Jalal Abdrasulov street is the main road in Jany-Akman village Akman municipality Bazar-Korgon district. This road was a big problem for local residents, especially for preschool children and schoolchildren.

Children suffered during the rainy season, while roads are bumpy and it was dusty in summer. Members of the Association SHGs ‘Akyikat’ often appealed to the government about this. In the summer of 2021, members of the Association SHGs ‘Akyikat’ worked with local deputies and the Akman municipality administration to resolve this issue. Three million four hundred and seventy thousand soms were allocated from the republican budget for the asphalting of the road on joint efforts. With these funds, the road was repaired in September 2021, so 700 meters of Jalal Abdrasulov Street was asphalted by the end of November. However, the road inside the village has been leveled, but remains unasphalted. In the new year, members of the Association SHGs intend to resolve this issue with the support of local authorities.
