Within the framework of the project ‘The Introduction of a Combination of Modern and Traditional Approaches to Prevent the Conflict in the South of Kyrgyzstan’, implemented by Women's Public Union Erayim in Bazar-Korgon and Akman municipality Bazar-Korgon district, master classes are often held for educators of maternal schools in techniques for preparing visual aids.

Maternal school educators have the opportunity to develop their skills in making decorations of classrooms and visual aids for classes, appropriate for preschool-age children. They have gained the best experience in making the most beautiful products from fabrics, old things, and cereals. Gulmayram Alybaeva, an educator of Aikol maternal school in Sai village Bazar-Korgon municipality, held a master class on making a Christmas tree with her own hands for the new year. The method of making the Christmas tree was very interesting for the educators. At the master class, they made Christmas trees from a match and cotton wool. Although it was a very small painstaking work, it turned out to be a spectacular decoration for the New Year, symbolizing a fabulous holiday. Everyone who came to the master class with great interest learned the lesson of making a Christmas tree with their own hands.
