Sadirov Zhumali, a resident of Kyzyl-Oktyabr village of Kenesh municipality Bazar-Korgon district, received a land plot for housing several years ago. Living conditions were difficult, and he could not immediately build a house. At the same time, the relevant documents for the land plot were not received in full. All this happened due to his legal ignorance and ignorance of his rights. When he and his wife built a small house and began to live in it, a neighbor began to complain about the size of their land.
This is because the location of the house they built was entered on their neighbor's land document. This was the beginning of a conflict between two neighbors. They appealed to many authorities regarding the solution of this issue. Meanwhile, misunderstandings and conflicts constantly arose. They turned to the village administration, the state registration service, and law enforcement authorities, but they couldn't get a positive answer anywhere. They all were indifferent and bureaucratic. The conflict has been going on for two years. It was a real torment for Sadirov to obtain the relevant documents for a plot of land for the construction of his house. Finally, he turned to Gulnara Tashieva, a lawyer for the Erayim Women's Public Union project. The project lawyer carefully studied his case and, knowing that the issue could be resolved in a positive way, started to work on it. In May of this year, she handed over to Zhumali Sadirov the State Act confirming all his rights to the land plot.
- It was not easy to solve this problem. This was due to the fact that Sadirov's neighbor had already received a state act – a document confirming his right to the land plot with a complete drawing. However, the people who wrote the Act to him without any verification were fired, and therefore we could not bring them to justice. The other employees working at their places shrugged their shoulders and said that they knew nothing. It was not easy for me with this case. However, when people turn to and trust me, need my services, I have to meet the client's requirements. In many places, I was treated in a bureaucratic manner. However, there is a law. I fulfilled all its requirements and finished the case, - says the project lawyer Gulnara.
It is worth noting that the controversial issue, which has lasted more than two years, has been resolved, and now the spouses have the right to legally continue building their house.
