Children's Self-Help Groups organized in Mady, Shark, Kyzyl-Kyshtak municipalities within the framework of the project implemented by the WPU Erayim ‘The Introduction of a Combination of Traditional and Modern Approaches to Prevent the Conflict in the South of Kyrgyzstan’, supported by the German international organization Bread for the World carry out various events in five directions.

On April 7, children of the ChSHGs of Mady municipality met with Anara Erkebaeva, a 20-year-old successful pastry chef who owns a small pastry shop in the village. Anara shared her secrets of success with participants who had high hopes for the future, how to write a project and how to work with government organizations, and she also shared her many achievements and how she plans to work with ChSHGs’ children in the future to support children's self-help groups, - says the coordinator on ChSHGs Kiyal Mamazhanova.

Members of Shark and Kyzyl-Kyshtak municipalities contacted Ibrahim online, a member of the ‘Balazhan’ children's self-help group, who studied at secondary school No.16 named after Abu Ali ibn Sino, who is currently in Japan, to learn more about his successes. He told the participants that he took an active part in the project, enrolled in the English language club organized within the project, studied English deeply, and then won the competition to study in Japan.
