Mavlyuda Rakhmanova bought a house in 2004 in the village of Bazar-Korgon, Bazar-Korgon district. The house was registered to her husband. However, after the death of her husband, she had to officially register the house.

Therefore, he turned to the appropriate authorities. Unfortunately, no one accepted her appeal, and the house was not registered. Therefore, in 2020, she turned to Gulnara Tashieva, a lawyer for the project ‘The Introduction of a Combination of Traditional and Modern Approaches to Prevent the Conflict in the South of Kyrgyzstan’ implemented by the Erayim Women's Public Union. But even for a lawyer, a tough day begins. This is because this house was arrested twice and the red book was lost.

- We still have a negative image of the bureaucracy. The poor widow was sent to various authorities, but the issue remained unresolved. She did not know where to turn or who to turn to for help, and dropped her hands. Even as a lawyer, it was very difficult for me to resolve this issue. I also faced many difficulties. It took more than six months to restore the relevant documents of the house. Finally, we vacated the house and restored the red book. After an agreement with Mavlyuda's family, the house was transferred to her name. Now she is very happy because she has received the red book,’ says lawyer Gulnara.
