Collaboration with juvenile inspection staff and social workers

Within the framework of the third phase of the WPU Erayim project ‘The Introduction of a Combination of Traditional and Modern Approaches to Prevent the Conflict in the South of Kyrgyzstan’, supported by the German international organization Bread for the World, the WPU Erayim has been closely cooperating for a year and a half with Kara-Suu district department of internal affairs and juvenile inspection staff for Shark, Mady and Kyzyl-Kyshtak municipalities as a partner.
Within the scope of this cooperation, in three municipalities, on the basis of appeals for the protection of social and economic rights of citizens, the settlement of conflicts, psychological and legal assistance was provided to more than 90 citizens, and active work is underway on the new component of the project in the direction of mediation support.
On December 8 of this year, in the rural district of Mady, an event "Unified Prevention" was organized, which was attended by 10 social educators from educational institutions of rural districts and more than 20 inspectors on juvenile affairs, representatives of local authorities, as well as project lawyer Dilshod Kadirkhodjaev and project psychologist Dilfuza Anarbaeva.
According to psychologist Dilfuz Anarbayev, the main goal of the event is to prevent crime, misconduct among minors and organize assistance to vulnerable families of the rural population.
