If before, in Shark, Mady, Kyzyl-Kyshtak municipalities Kara-Suu district of Osh oblast legal and psychological assistance were provided on-line, then starting from June 8, the work continues in three areas to provide legal and psychological assistance in compliance with sanitary and epidemiological rules.

Today, citizens in need of psychological assistance are given personal assistance. If we talk about the benefits of meetings, during the pandemic we provided assistance to citizens who contacted us by phone, but in some cases during personal meetings with the beneficiaries we see emotions, feelings, conditions, actions of clients, as a result of which we are able to give more the right direction’, says project psychologist Dilfuza Anarbaev.

The project lawyer Dilshod Kadirkhodjaev from the beginning of quarantine remotely worked with 12 people. Three of them contacted by telephone with a question of the disputed land, two about obtaining a passport, two about collecting alimony, three about filling out a route sheet, two more about getting help from the government. Of the 12 citizens who applied, six received full assistance; their problems were resolved positively. And we are trying to resolve the issues of the remaining six citizens at this time during the meetings. More of the applicants are socially vulnerable families, single mothers and retirees.
