An expert of Maternal Schools, Dilnara Maigulakova, successfully conducted training for educators of maternal schools working in the Bazar-Korgon district. Why it is successful because the educators of all twenty maternal schools working within the framework of the project ‘Introduction of a Combination of Traditional and Modern Approaches to Prevent the Conflict in the South of Kyrgyzstan’ were able to actively participate in this training.

According to the coordinator for Maternal Schools of the project Dilfuza Nazaralieva ‘The purpose of this training is to help educators conduct their activities in accordance with the new requirements of the time, motivate them to work on - new and provide practical assistance to them’. Correctly using every minute of the training, educators were able to learn many methods of teaching and gain theoretical knowledge. They learned a lot, draw drawings that are appropriate to the nature of children, make various beautiful things out of paper, prepare visual aids and draw up a work plan, methods for organizing games for children. Each class was very interesting. Each educator during the classes shared her experiences, completing the tasks assigned to him. In the end, they expressed that they would like to participate in such training courses more often. Because the benefits of training are very tangible, she says.

And in truth, modern children have different views on everything else. They are little but have their requirements. Teaching and educating them with old methods does not meet the requirements of the present. Therefore, a constant creative search for each educator is necessary. They must increase their level of knowledge, share experiences, says trainer D Maygulakova.
