Five-Day psychological training courses for specialists of Akman, Bazar-Korgon rural districts of Bazar-Korgon district and Ch.Aitmatov territorial unit of Jalal-Abad city in Jalal-Abad Oblast were continued to increase their potential for working with citizens and to increase the level of knowledge in child psychology.

On the fourth day, a training course was held on the topic “Risky Behaviors of Adolescents”, 10 people took part in it - social workers and juvenile inspectors. According to the trainer Chynara Termechikova, each training was interesting. The participants received theoretical and practical knowledge for use in their future work. One general picture was drawn, reflecting the mood of adolescents, and each participant also drew his drawings. We listened to information on the age-related psycho-emotional development of children with great interest. Extensively debated types of violence. Nurses noted that the presence of domestic violence can be observed from the behaviour of children. The methods and main circumstances of the training included the following contents: “Organization of a favourable atmosphere for learning” “My mood”, “Appeal to feelings”, questions were raised such as: “Psycho-emotional development of children”, “Types and consequences of heavy attitude and violence against to children”, “A Child in a Socially Dangerous State”, “Failure to consider the needs of the child”, “Deprivation”. Each topic was discussed, and as a result, the participants revealed that adolescents are looking for ways to live as adults. Try to form their value systems. Criticizing the advice and comments of parents, they want to reject their opinions. They do not want to obey the rules of social institutions. But, since he is not yet an adult, he does not have enough life experience. Adolescent maximalism, a lack of life experience, a desire to live “as adults”, pressure from peers or elders pushes adolescents to take risky behaviour,” such opinions were also put forward.

The topic of the fifth-day training course was “Improving relationship and understanding of child”; it also involved social experts and nurses. At the class, the question was asked: “How does the relationship between parents affect children?” And a video was shown on the Harry Harlow experiment. After watching it, there was a very heated discussion about the importance of soft attitude towards children, that this will help the adaptation of children to society. Coach Chynara Termechikova used the rules “What is a productive dialogue?”, “I-You”, “Three dialogue positions” in conducting that class. Through these rules, the class participants learned how to communicate with them. It was widely discussed that an empathic attitude was important in communicating with a child since a child needed an emotional conversation from birth. According to the remarks of Chynara Termechikova, ‘If we have been communicating with empathic communication with children from their very birth, we will be able to develop emotional intelligence in them’. For the participants, it was new that one should accept the child’s feeling. It was difficult to perform the exercise “accept children's feelings.” But after the exercises, they began to list the types of feelings easily. Children receive psychological trauma in case of failure to fulfil their desires, when they come across with domestic violence, in the face of an indifferent attitude, in the absence of parental care. There was a big discussion about that. It was noted the need to work together to protect the rights of children. In our society, each department does not stand aside, almost all fulfil their obligations, ‘the employee of the social institution who took part in the training noted. Participants expressed their views in each class and on each topic. They noted the need to conduct such training courses in their institutions for the employees. At the end of the training, 90 per cent of the participants showed their good knowledge of the topics covered.

To the questions “Was the information received at the training useful for you? Will you use it in practice?” they answered that the topics were very important, they had learned a lot and would use the knowledge gained at the training in life and work, that they were impressed, learned how to relate properly to children.
