There are different situations in life. Everyone has their own destiny. Abdugani kyzy Minojat and Islamov Abrorbek got married in 2015 with good intentions. They received the blessing of their parents and relatives. However, after the birth of their son in 2018, they broke down in difficult life trials, and their paths went their separate ways.

They live in the village of Sovetskoe in Kenesh rural district of Bazar-Korgon district. The son stayed with his mother, and the father had to pay him alimony monthly. This was legally allowed. Unfortunately, Abrorbek refused to pay alimony under various pretexts. Minojat, who was experiencing financial difficulties, turned to lawyers, but all efforts were fruitless. Minojat asked for help from Gulnara Tashieva, a lawyer for the project The Introduction of a Combination of Traditional and Modern Approaches to Prevent the Conflict in the South of Kyrgyzstan’ supported by the German international organization Bread for the World (Brot für die Welt). The project lawyer immediately responded to Minozhat's February appeal and tried to resolve the issue positively. She conducted bilateral negotiations using mediation. The alimony debt exceeded eighty thousand soms. Thus, as a result of the negotiations, Abrorbek decided to pay the alimony debt in the form of a cow with a calf. A cow with a calf was estimated at ninety thousand soms. The problem was resolved and Minozhat thanks the project lawyer Gulnara Tashieva for such help.
